ok. I'll admit it - I dont get that many calls to photograph 12 year old boys.. I'm not sure why. I think its a great age to photograph. Not quite little boys, not quite teens. I think more parents should think about this age to have their kids photographed (HINT HINT!). SO I was QUITE honored to meet this family. Not only is this guy one of THE most HANDSOME 12 year olds I have EVER (and I am not just saying this) met..he is EXTREMELY talented. He can play guitar - Rock-n-Rock, classical, Heavy Metal - you named it!!! THEN, he bust out a Violin!! and starts to go on that - firsts fiddles out some fun stuff, then he and his mom duets a softer medley - I'm telling you I was completely BLOWN AWAY!
Anyway, thank you - for the opportunity...
Kathy,
These picture are Fantastic!!! I really love the last one. Your work is so amazing...

Wow, really incredible shots! I can tell he was comfortable getting his picture taken (which is probably not common for 12 year old boys). Cameras don't generally lend themselves to making anyone feel comfortable and at ease; it was you making him feel that way. Really well done...

Really great! Love the blue tones in the first, just perfect for that image. And of course the one with his parents is so creative...a young man on the edge, ready to grow up and become his own person. And the one with his mom is SUCH a treasure at this age! You rock!
